Don't Panic — This Is Fixable

Undermount sinks fall for a few reasons. The adhesive fails over time, the clips loosen, or water damage weakens the bond. It happens in newer kitchens and older ones alike.

The good news: a dropped or sagging undermount sink doesn’t mean you need a new countertop. In most cases we can reattach it cleanly, reseal it properly, and have your kitchen back to normal the same day.

What Happens If You Leave It

A sink that’s pulling away from the countertop will eventually drop completely. When it does it can crack the countertop, damage the cabinet below, and create a water damage situation that costs significantly more to fix than a simple remount.

If your sink is sagging, separating, or has already dropped — don’t wait.

What We Handle

 -Fully dropped undermount sinks

-Sinks pulling away or sagging at one side

-Failed silicone seals causing leaks at the rim

How long does a sink remount take?

Most remounts take 2–3 hours on site. You’ll have a fully functional sink the same day.

Turn off the water supply under the sink if there’s any risk of leaks. Clear out the cabinet below so we have access. Send us a photo and we’ll get you booked as fast as possible.

It can, depending on how it fell. If there’s cracking or chipping around the sink cutout we’ll assess it when we arrive and let you know if additional repair is needed. In many cases we can handle both in the same visit.

Not if it’s done right. Proper prep and the right adhesive and clip combination is what makes the difference. We’ve done enough of these to know what holds and what doesn’t.
